HSS Countersink with Single Flute ISO3294

1. Ideal for chatter-free and burr-free work on sheet metal, nonferrous metal, cast iron, light metals;
2. It's designed for fast shearing and chatterless cuts;

4. The cutting edges quickly center in hole and produce a smaller chip load for chatterless machining;

8.CBN-deep-ground;Countersinks are deep-ground in the CBN Flutes. The 90° cone corresponds with the shape of the counter-sink screw or bolt head. Also available in 60°, 75°, and 120° versions. Radial back-off clearance makes it possible to work without rattling, and also removes chipos and swarf perfectly.
