Russia's Ministry of Economy announced that the domestic economy shrank by 5% year-on-year

Recently, the Russian Ministry of Economy announced that the country’s domestic economy shrank by 5% year-on-year in September, a sharper decline than the 4% in the previous month. In this regard, the Moscow authorities said that although Western sanctions and the Russian-Ukrainian war have pushed the Russian economy into recession, the West has not been able to destroy the Russian economy.
