On the afternoon of April 13, Brazilian President Lula visited Huawei's Shanghai Research Institute.
Huawei Shanghai Research Institute was established in 1996 and moved into Jinqiao Base in 2010.
The Institute focuses on wireless communication research and product development, and is mainly engaged in the research and development of wireless networks, flagship smartphones, smart cars, digital energy and other products and solutions. It is understood that Huawei has been doing business in Brazil for 25 years.
